How long does the hiring process take?

The hiring process varies based on what the position is and the availability from both the candidate and interviewers. Typically we strive to complete the process in up to 6 weeks, if not sooner.

What’s the work trial?

The work trial is a custom, take-home challenge guided by a member from OpenZeppelin. You can think of it as an experience that emulates the real work you’d do here. Work trials typically lasts a few business days so that candidates with external responsibilities don’t feel pressured to rush through it. Your time is paid regardless of the output.
