Apply nowThe hiring process varies based on what the position is and the availability from both the candidate and interviewers. Typically we strive to complete the process in up to 6 weeks, if not sooner.
The work trial is a custom, take-home challenge guided by a member from OpenZeppelin. You can think of it as an experience that emulates the real work you’d do here. Work trials typically lasts a few business days so that candidates with external responsibilities don’t feel pressured to rush through it. Your time is paid regardless of the output.
